The format is designed for a mixed room. Outgoing members may volunteer, reserved members can watch, and the comedy does not require everyone to participate in the same way.

Annual meetings, association conferences, galas, awards dinners, President’s dinners, member-appreciation events, chapter events, leadership events and industry celebrations can all work when there is a focused entertainment window.

The show is usually strongest after dinner service and essential awards or remarks, while members are still seated together and before open dancing or the room disperses.

Do not schedule the hypnosis show during active dinner service. Servers, plates and conversation divide attention and make it harder for volunteers to reach the performance area.

Events run late, and Adam adapts. He works with the planner on the handoff into entertainment while protecting a realistic window for the show.

The Association show runs 60–90 minutes. The exact runtime is confirmed around the event type, agenda and available entertainment window.

A raised stage is helpful in larger rooms, but it is not always required. A clear performance area with good sightlines and a safe path for volunteers can also work.

Professional sound, lighting and effects can be provided where appropriate, or Adam can coordinate the show requirements with the venue, DJ or existing AV company.

Yes. Adam can coordinate the entertainment requirements directly so the planner is not responsible for relaying every technical detail.

Keep members as close to the performance area as the room reasonably allows, with clear sightlines and no large empty dance floor separating the audience from the stage.

The booking includes the 60–90 minutes show, Association-specific customization, professional production where appropriate, setup and teardown, venue or AV coordination, planning support, applicable travel and $2 million performers’ liability insurance.

Applicable travel and production within approximately a 4-hour drive of Toronto is included where applicable. Events farther away can be discussed and quoted according to the production plan.

Yes. Adam carries $2 million performers’ liability insurance for professional performances.

A signed agreement and 50% deposit reserve the performance date. Remaining payment timing is confirmed in the agreement.
